I’ve always been passionate about intentional living and the art of slow living. I believe that grounding practices are a powerful way to reconnect with yourself, and essential oils can play a significant role in this journey. Another ritual I love is smudging. This ancient practice involves burning sage or other herbs to cleanse and purify your space.
