Can I customise the contents of my gift bundle? Plus

Yes, absolutely! Head over to our Build Your Own Bundle feature and have fun creating your own gift bundle. If you need any help choosing a gift for your recipient, please get in touch, we would love to help. 

Can I include a personalised message with my gift box? Plus

Yes, make sure to leave your message in the space provided at checkout. We will handwrite your lovey words onto your choice of greetings card or free gift tag, included in all gift boxes. 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? Plus

We aim to gift wrap and ship your order the same day, so any changes made after this time may be missed. If you have just placed an order and need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible. Our email is monitored from 8am to 6pm, Monday - Friday.

World Ordering and Shipping
What is the turnaround time for an order? Plus

We aim to gift wrap and ship your order within 1-2 working days. If you are ordering 10+ gift bundles, please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch. If you are placing a larger order, please be rest assured we will communicate exact timings via email, once we have received your order.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Yes, we can offer international shipping, if required. Please get in touch and let us know where in the world you would like us to ship your gift.

Can I include multiple delivery addresses in a single order? Plus

We unfortunately don't have the set-up to do this currently- we are working on it though! In the meantime, if purchasing directly through our website, you will need to place each order separately. However, if you are a business and would like to send a number of employee gifts directly to their homes, please get in touch

Can I track my order? Plus

Yes, all orders come with Royal Mail tracking. The tracking code will be supplied in your shipping confirmation email. If there are any issues with delayed delivery, please get in touch.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date? Plus

Absolutely, please leave this request in your delivery notes next to your gift message (if you choose to leave one). We will ensure it is shipped on the date specified. We can also add a sticker to the external package with messages like "Don't open until Father's Day," for example.

What is your return policy? Plus

At Bundle & Beau, it is our passion to make giving and receiving gifts a beautiful and memorable experience. We unconditionally guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make certain that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied.

If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact us and we’ll do all we can to make it right. Please get in touch so we can authorise the return.

Bag Packaging
How is my gift box packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition? Plus

All gifts are neatly secured with kraft zig-zag paper in a sturdy magnetic gift box. We cover the outside of the box with green kraft paper to prevent any damage.

I want to ship directly to my friend—do you include any pricing or receipts in the gift box? Plus

No, we don't include pricing, order confirmation documents, or receipts in any gift box to ensure the gift feels like it's coming directly from you. If you need an invoice for your expenses, please get in touch.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders? Plus

Yes, we do. If you are looking to create a bespoke gift for an upcoming event, whether it be for a yoga retreat, corporate event, or wedding, we would love to discuss your requirements and budget. Please drop georgie@bundleandbeau.com an email.

Are your products eco-friendly and sustainably sourced? Plus

All our products are sourced from suppliers based in the UK. We carefully choose each supplier based on their sustainability values and the materials they use right down to how they ship the product. to us. You can read all about our wonderful Makers here.

Is your packaging eco-friendly? Plus

Absolutely! Our branded gift boxes are 40% recycled boxboard and fully recyclable. They're sturdy and are designed to be reused. Our branded gift tags and tissue paper are fully recyclable and home-compostable, they are made from FSC-certified, recycled card-stock and paper. Our stickers are also made from recycled paper and our signature eco satin ribbon is produced using discarded, waste clear PET plastic bottles.
