Policy


Bundle & Beau had a 14-day returns policy. This means that from the date your bundle is marked by Royal Mail as delivered, you have 14 days to contact us, requesting a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your gift bundle must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. We will also ask you for your email confirmation proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please send us an email to Georgie, georgie@bundlendbeau.com. From there, we will aim to resolve the issue. If this can not be done, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your gift box back to. Once received and quality checked, we will send you a refund. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon you or your gift recipient receiving it and contact us straight away at georgie@bundleandbeau.com.


Exchanges
We are more than happy to exchange an unopened, unused product or gift box. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days once from the delivery date of your gift box to contact us requesting an exchange. Please email us at georgie@bundlendbeau.com and we’ll go from there.

 

Refunds
We will firstly let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return and whether we are able to proceed with refunding you. If we are able to proceed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, normally 3-5 working days.
